WHAT WE DO
Mask Off Foundation’s model provides a multi-year support system that begins during the critical transition into high school and continues through a student’s journey toward higher education. Through consistent mentorship, relationship-building, resource access, and exposure to opportunities, we equip young women with the knowledge, confidence, and support needed to navigate academic, personal, and professional milestones. Our approach grows alongside each student, addressing foundational skills, self-development, college and career awareness, preparation, and the often-unspoken processes of pursuing higher education. By combining guidance, community, and intentional preparation over four years, we aim to ensure students are not only prepared to access college opportunities but are empowered to thrive once they arrive.
Our Model
Our Approach
9th Grade
Focus: Confidence, belonging, and successful transition into high school.
Rather than overwhelming students with college applications, we begin by helping them establish healthy habits, develop self-confidence, strengthen study skills, explore future possibilities, and build relationships with mentors who will walk alongside them throughout high school.
10th Grade
Focus: Exposure, leadership, and academic growth.
Students begin exploring colleges and careers while strengthening academic planning, setting meaningful goals, developing leadership skills, and gaining exposure to opportunities that help them envision life beyond high school.
11th Grade
Focus: College preparation and future planning.
As college becomes more tangible, students receive support navigating standardized testing, scholarships, financial literacy, application planning, essay preparation, and meaningful experiences that prepare them for life after graduation.
12th Grade
Focus: Transition into higher education.
During senior year, we provide personalized guidance through college applications, financial aid, decision-making, and the transition to college, ensuring students feel equipped and supported as they begin their next chapter.

— Psychologist“I am happy to be investing in a program equipping the next generation of change makers. Mask Off is more than an organization but a driver towards a positive and successful future.”
— Donor“Programs like Mask Off provide the kind of consistent support that helps students realize their potential.
